Introduction

SEO Link Firm offers a range of digital services as outlined on our website. All fees must be paid in full before the campaign begins.

Clients must acknowledge the following regarding our services:

Non-Refundable Fees: All fees are non-refundable.

Order Modifications: Changes to completed orders, such as amendments to anchor texts or target URLs, may incur an admin fee of $15 per change, subject to SEO Link Firm’s discretion. Other modifications may incur additional charges.

Confidentiality: All fees, services, documents, recommendations, and reports are confidential.

Search Engine Policies: SEO Link Firm has no control over search engine policies regarding site acceptance. A Client’s website may be excluded from any blog, website, directory, or search engine at any time at the search engine’s sole discretion.

Third-Party Content & Link Removal: SEO Link Firm has no control over third-party website owners removing or modifying links and content. Refunds and replacements will only be processed per the refund policies of each individual service.

Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall SEO Link Firm be liable for any direct, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or third-party claims. Clients assume all risks associated with using SEO Link Firm’s services.

Order Adjustments: SEO Link Firm reserves the right to amend anchor text and other order details to ensure successful placements or service completion.

No Ranking Guarantees: As an outsourced provider of SEO services, SEO Link Firm does not guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic increases.

SEO Risks: Link building carries inherent risks, including potential search engine penalties. SEO Link Firm is not liable for any negative impacts on rankings.

Client Website Changes: SEO Link Firm is not responsible for changes made by third parties that negatively affect the Client’s search rankings.

Non-Disclosure Agreement:

SEO Link Firm does not sign individual NDAs for every agency or client; however, as part of our service terms, we ensure full confidentiality and non-disclosure for all clients.

The Recipient (SEO Link Firm) agrees not to use any Confidential Information disclosed by the other party (You) for any purpose other than the agreed-upon services, unless written consent is obtained.

We guarantee that no confidential information will be shared with any third party, except with your company’s employees and professional advisers who require access for service-related purposes.

Restrictions:

SEO Link Firm reserves the right to cancel any orders associated with websites in illegal or offensive industries. Any content, products, or services containing illegal material, hate speech, defamatory content, or attacks on any person, business, or organization—including content promoting cruelty towards animals—will be canceled and refunded.

Orders related to prescription drugs, gambling, casinos, or adult content are not possible. If ordered through the standard online forms, they may be canceled and refunded.

Emails & Subscriptions

By using SEO Link Firm’s services, you agree to receive emails from us, including order notifications, system updates, new service announcements, special offers, and educational content.

Legal Jurisdiction

All parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to:
(a) Determine any disputes.
(b) Grant interim remedies.
(c) Provide any other provisional or protective relief.

Subscribe & Save

1. You may cancel your Subscribe & Save credit subscription at any time.

2. No refunds will be provided for unused credits added through your subscription.

3. Unused credits will remain available in your account after cancellation.

4. Misuse Policy: Subscribe & Save is intended for long-term use, not just for temporary discounts. Our system monitors short activation periods (14 days or less), and any discounted orders from users suspected of misuse may be canceled.
